• I verified my account with SpinBetter providing all the requested identification documents.After completing the verification the security department confirmed in writing that I could withdraw my funds.A few days later however my account was blocked and my winnings (around €7000) were withheld without any clear explanation or evidence supporting the decision.When I reviewed my bank statements I noticed that the charges for my deposits did not show the real name of the casino but rather other unrelated companies.To document this I carried out recorded tests and a full video of the process clearly showing that the payment charges appear under different company names instead of “SpinBetter”.I also have all the supporting evidence to prove these facts.The matter is currently being handled by my legal representatives who have already sent a formal communication to the company.If no satisfactory solution is offered legal action will also be taken against the companies listed as payment recipients on the bank statements.I’m sharing this experience so that other users can exercise caution always keep records of their deposits and communications and verify what company name actually appears in the payment charges before depositing.I will update this review if the situation is resolved transparently.

I tried to submit my passport and my drivers license as ID but it was not accepted. When talking to support they once again told me there was a technical issue.I am being preventing from withdrawing my money and I am not being told why or what I should do only that I need to wait due to a technical issue.
