• I am writing this to warn all players about Sportuna. They have confiscated €4000 of my legitimate winnings and deposits.​The situation is scandalous: After waiting 80 days for a simple verification and having to mediate through CasinoGuru to get them to listen to me ​Induced Error: Their own support agents (I have the names) authorized my deposit method. Once I won they used that same method as an excuse to close my account and steal my balance.​Hidden Evidence: They are refusing to provide the chat transcripts that prove their staffs authorization. • 1/5 – Extremely misleading bonus terms and shady practicesI honestly regret signing up to Sportuna.First of all the bonus structure is very strange. I didn’t even receive the bonus immediately — I had to lose my bets first before the bonus was unlocked. That makes absolutely no sense and feels intentionally misleading.Then the wagering requirements… normally when a site says 5x wagering it means your deposit amount multiplied by five. On Sportuna they include the bonus amount in the wagering calculation as well. That’s a huge and very important detail and it feels deceptive.And the wagering rules themselves are a complete joke. I placed bets worth 500€ fully in line with their rules yet only 100€ was counted toward the wagering requirement. How does that even make sense? It feels like they’re manipulating what counts just to make it harder for you to clear the bonus.Also:Single bets must have minimum odds of 2.00Accumulator bets must have every single selection above 1.50Most betting sites count accumulator bets if the total combined odds are 1.50 or higher and single bets usually qualify at much lower odds than 2.00. • Think twice before playing on this online casino platform and read their Terms and Conditions (T&C) carefully. There are so many restrictions with how much you can withdrawal and how often each day. You are only allowed 1 withdrawal request per day with a further restriction on the amount which is based off your level and a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made. This would be ok if they didnt take so long to process the withdrawal requests and even though their T&Cs state withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 working days they dont adhere to this. I have 3 requests still in review even though the first request was put through on the 15/12/2025. Dont even bother contacting their Customer Service or the support email because neither one has any access to their Finance department who are the ones processing your requests. They wont provide you either with a contact email to their finance department either so you are basically left hanging in hope as I am that they will actually pay you out. Furthermore any bonuses you have cannot be played when there are pending withdrawal requests so you are either forced to deposit more money to play the slot machines or cancel your withdrawal requests which will then put that money back on your account to vet with. I am sooooo frustrated because I have won a substantial amount but cannot get it out due to the above. At present the maximum daily amount for me is $800 and I have 3 of them waiting to be approved. • I deposit 200e to Sportuna because they had ok looking 100% deposit bonus offer. Rollover requirements were pretty strict though. However I was okay with them and did the deposit.After I started betting the unimaginable happened. After only couple of casual 50 euros bets (didnt even win majority of the bets) to start to meet the rollover requirements they limited my maximum bet to 10 euros. I contacted their customer support to ask wtf is going on and they just stated that the limitation decision is final and cannot be reversed. This 10e max bet limitation made meeting the strict rollover requirements basically impossible.
