Verification documents sent id ultity bill banks statements 3 months including all information they asked for selfie with driving licence and bank card front and back. Ignore all emails 48 hours later told still with compliance no other information could be given. Complaint logged and acknowledged by compliance but no other response about my documents and withdrawal. Complaint submitted to resolver.
