45 days still waiting on redemption

• Ive been waiting now 45 days for my redemption. Cant get an answer to why or when just a stupid screenshot of possible 90 days to redeem. I do not think they even have customer service people. You just get generic stupid replies that accomplish nothing. Dont waste your money hear this place is shady and hopefuly wont be around much longer because of this BS.

• Great bonuses impressive rang of slots to choose from. However my very first redemption is by far the worst experience that in currently experiencing. Im very much used to waiting 1 or 2 days for my redemptions to hit my account on other platforms....but with money factory Im on month number 2 and its still showing as pending and the amount isnt even that impressive. A measly $150 and support keeps quoting their right to take their time BS. They take your money basically instantly when you make a purchase but when it comes to redeeming a one week wait is already too long. But 2 months and counting. I smell a scam platform brewing. Other than the redemption process ruining it for me I would have given this site 5 stars.

• The games are fine but the redemption process is so incredibly bad! I have 3 redemptions pending with the longest one being from 9/27/25. Over a month later and nothing but crickets! I was TOLD that it could take up to 30 business days which is only a few more days away so we will see. But after all the reviews Ive read I doubt it. • It has passed the 72hrs for my skrill redemption and I have yet to receive anything. Contacted support and its sorry. Get the same script message every time. Who to call or report about this. First time user and anything through skrill comes in 24hrs it has been a week.

• Well it has been 48 business days 71 calendar days. I put a redemption in on August 23 for $5000 and still not one thing has changed still in pending status still the same lame answers no end in sight of when they are going to pay me And 90 days from August 23 put me in a different calendar year so so actually that is kind shady because I won this money in 2025 and they want to pay me in 2026 when that is gonna screw me on my taxes so I need some kind of answers and I want to be paid like now. I did get a response from TMF through my trustpilot review but my review wasn’t made visible to the public. So I will share the logistics of their response. TMF can only confirm my redemption request is in their queue to process but now can take up to 90 days depending on the number of redemption requests ahead of me and validation process. First of all my redemption request is Skrill. I been a Skrill customer for years and TMF is a sponsored site by Skrill…this should be a push of a button process by TMF. Second you can’t give me a date of when I should be expect funding? This is the dumbest excuse ever who do you think you’re speaking to some kid who can’t rationalize your excuse? I’ll tell you how you count the number of redemption request ahead of me that you haven’t paid as well. Then how many redemption request is TMF processing daily or what is your average number. You use the total number of redemption requests ahead of me and divide it using TMF production average. This will give you an answer. For TMF to take 90 days to process a redemption is ridiculous. It can’t be because your site is just handing out winners lol! Stop lying! The real reason is TMF is not able to process redemption request on a daily basis right? • I wish I could give them a negative score. I’ve been waiting since 9-12-25 for my redemption. Every time I contact them in the chat or email which are the only ways to communicate all they do is paste the terms and conditions and say it’s still within the allowable time frame. The time frame which is in section 12.4 is up to 90 business days and it could take longer for any reason. Also they won’t tell why it’s taking so long. All they say is that there is no way to speak to the redemptions team. So I’m supposed to just trust these people. He’ll no! Oh and my redemption is $183. That is way below the $5000 that could take longer. I also redeemed to Skrill which they say is the fastest.

Redemption Hell

• So started playing with them as I’ve had an account but never used it. I won a major jackpot and cashed out 135. The first redemption lied and said instant redemption was available. When that didn’t pan out I decided to use Skrill because everywhere else pays out in 48 or less to skrill as The Money factory is listed as a Skrill partner. I contacted customer service who was unhelpful only to be told that it could take 90 days to get paid (Conveniently hidden in TOS while on redemption page they tote 72 business hours) Just feels dishonest and I just want my money. I will never use them again after this.

• I’ve been waiting on a redemption for 17 Business days and now my messages through live support and emails are going unanswered. I’m not sure why there would ever be a need for a 30 business days and now 90 business days for redemptions to go through. They’ve got to be better period!!!Update: they responded to me here but still haven’t responded to my support message or emails. The response as you can see below is cold and robotic like all of their messages have been so far. I can guarantee there isn’t 17 business days worth of redemptions in front of everyone and no review/redemption process should ever take that long. It poses the question about the financial stability of this site or it being a legitimate site all together. Will update if I receive my redemption but at this point I don’t feel hopeful I will… at least not in 2025 which is crazy to say!!Update #2 Review was wrote 4 days ago and since I have sent 4 emails to the support email ( 1 each day ) without any responses.
