  • I wish I could give it 0 stars. I do absolutely love playing the games on this site. However dont expect to ever get a payout from them on SC. The first 2 times I redeemed I did not receive until after I sent message to customer service. Now I have had a redemption pending since Nov 25... And messaged yet again checked today. Their response to me is that it can take 90 business days or longer to process. There are numerous other sweepstakes casinos to choose from Ill put my money on one that actually pays out.

  • Been waiting since 8-24-25 for $100 redemption. Rules changed from 30days to 90days in meantime and its been around 120days at this point. Wish they would have waited this long to take money from my account when I bought their packages to play. Id say there is a problem when the first 32 reviews you see on here all say the same thing and are 100% accurate as to my situation. I wouldnt recommend this site to even an enemy. They are that bad STAY AWAY! ALTHOUGH I seen where 1 lucky customer actually got paid and his redemption was put in October/25. So 2 months after mine for $100 yet he got paid like $3600 suposedly. No explanation in words can validly argue a site could possibly take that amount of time to process these redemptions. Penguins could be trained to do them faster using only paper pencils and a calculator. I cant believe this site isnt being hit with a class action by now. In the meantime Ill keep waiting and update if anything changes.

No follow through on the absurd waitā€¦

  • No follow through on the absurd wait time.90 business days have passed. Still pending. $180 sitting in the que since the 1st week of October. I had a redemption that did process earlier in 2025. I checked out the Money Factory rating on Better Business Bureau. Itā€™s an F. Considered opening a complaint with BBB but whatā€™s the point? The other complaints filed were classified as ā€œunansweredā€. Seems since around August 2025 customer claims have not been honored. It would appear many have legitimate grievances against Money Factory surrounding non payment. No clue what if any action can be taken. Waiting patiently for 5 months has accomplished absolutely nothing.

  • Like putting my redemption on September 12th 2025 Ive had a redemption before theyre linked to my bank yet I still have not received my redemption from September 12th 2025 todays date is February 20th 2026 this is 5 months. And I still havent received it Nowhere if I had an issue like that I get it instantly in other places I put another one in in November still not here. This is ridiculous. They need to do a better job at redemptions because this is hurting the casino itself you cant play these games and expect people to play because youre not paying the money they win you would get so much more business if you can fix your issues with redemptions its just downright wrong.

  • Games are great. Wide variety. Website runs very smooth. Made a redemption of 100. Now I am seeing all these reviews it could take up to 90 days!!!!???? Even for Skrill!! That is insane. I wont play again until I see how long my redemption takes. You guys need to step up processing times. If there are this many people complaining. WOW and many others do same day. With WOW if I redeem before 12pm my money is in my checking account by 3pm the same day. Youll lose a lot of money. I wont play again until I get the redemption.

  • Still waiting. I have been waiting since August 24th 2025. They say they are not scamming but what other reason would they have to make people wait this long. It would take about the same time to verify my account as it does to reply to my complaint. Not sure what their issues are but I am SURE that there is a scam somehow.   • I have waited on this review for months. I placed a redemption request almost five months ago. At first they said up to 30 days then they kept saying it could take up to 90 days. Now all I get every time I chat is a reply listing out terms and conditions saying they have the right to go longer than 90 days. At this point according to that reply they basically could wait five years to pay my redemption out. I understand delays but FIVE MONTHS.
