Such a great casino ..love it!!!
- Deposited 6+ weeks ago but learning now that deeming TMF a 90 day casino was far too kind of me to say. Truly they arent paying anyone anything. Im charging back & will go straight to my great state representatives who have already afforded me the largest Dept of Labor settlement in South Carolina history but Im quite confident The Money Factory wont be able to lie & thieve using US bandwidth in short order. Remember 90 days was short enough order for me lol but with all these reviews of non payments from July & August for tiny amounts like my own Im putting an end to my own experience asap & will do everything I can to stir this pot well. This will be my final update until Ive charged back & reached out to DC via Columbia SC. Heres to whatever you were trying to do TMF! Feel free to respond with empty nothings. Or dont its all meaningless coming from you.TrustPilot do not allow another fake 5 star here please. Or do doesnt really matter. I would not have deposited at TMF without fake 5 star reviews that I read here. No problem Im covered & only trying to help. I cant fathom a single benefit to your reputation allowing anyone to rate this absolutely fake shell company anything besides 1 star. Deposited 6+ weeks ago they are charging deposits back in lieu of paying redemptions.
- One star is too high of a rating. I have been waiting for a withdrawal since August. I have reached out to support monthly and every response I’ve received is generic with the same phrasing. I was initially told “7-14 days” then “7-14 days or longer” then “up to 30 business days and in rare cases longer” which turned into “up to 90 business days” which has now become “90 business days or longer.” I still don’t have the money and they clearly don’t stick to their terms and conditions. Avoid at all costs. I wish I never would’ve played here.

- My redemption was succeeded and approved yet I havent received my money on my skill account I know that skrill account received money transfers no later than 2 business days so why havent I received my money the money factory must have lied about succeeding my redemption because I should have had my cash by now smh merry Christmas to yall too

- These people never gave me my redemption from July 2 2025 of $110. I am located in TN so now I cant even log on the website to even talk to chat which is not even useful bc its just the same mssg they give you over and over again with no research of your account. I would never use this website again and I recommend no one to ever use them unless you want your money stolen. If I had 10 thumbs they will all be thumbs down.

- Im completely willing to update this review at any time if I receive a response and my redemptions from themoneyfactory.com but for now this has been my experience. Generous welcome packages with insane bonuses where you cant help but come out with profit. Theres a problem though. You will wait somewhere between a quarter of a year and forever before getting your winnings. You will be completely lost panicked and unsupported by any staff working here also. The emails you send to support must encounter a digital black hole because theres never any response. Dont bet the house or really even a dollar if you dont want to lose it.

- Today makes 106 business days from my redemption request on July 27. I was told by a live chat agent my request would be escalated and a manager would e-mail me. I never received an e-mail. Hopefully the delay in payment really is from high redemption volumes. Ill update this review once payment is received.

- Literally the biggest waste of time I have seen my review comes from an EXTENSIVE background and wealth of knowledge with sweepstakes casinos and their operations . August of 2025 I won and cashed out $100 in sweeps coins of course they made verification a hassle and linking bank account even worse. Finally got it connected on 8/16/2025 and redemption request has been pending since. I am at 84 business days and their terms clearly outline 90 business days as being the max wait time. (It may have changed bht I documented the terms version I agreed to.) They keep telling me it is escalated and I will hear from a manager in less than 48 hours months later and not one single email. The ai chat bot constantly contradicts itself and will even change messages to make its BS try to make sense. (I have screenshots of this in detail as well) Now they keep hunting at a possibility of more than 90 days even though its against their own terms. Customer service 0Game play 3 Redemption does not exist UPDATE In response to your poor attempt at placating me as well as smoothing over a bad review for other customers I say this I clearly stated my timeframe in a strict terminology that includes business days. So your sad attempt to believe my intelligence with them at lesson on what business days are fell flat Second it was not my expectation that made me expect a managers direct response..... No it was your employees and AI that clearly and without prompt stated A manager will be in contact with you via email with updates within 48 hours ...... all of this information as well as these accusations are verifiable and absolutely condemning......My email is danisdaman247 @gmail.com if the money factory would like to reach out to ME to rectify their failures.

- Absolutely horrific payout timeframe. I have waited over 90 days for my payout and when I contact them about it they just hand me off to an AI chat bot. They said it is in the queue but my friend got paid out before me while also having a later date for his redemption reuqest.

- It has been almost 90 days and I still haven’t received my $1500 redemption. At first they said it could take up to 30 days then they updated their policy and extended it to 90 days. It’s only 3 days for those 90 days to be up. I have been told multiple times someone will contact me through email but I have NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL!

Edit. Themoneyfactory com CLOSED my account after a chargeback of $2 was initiated on October 23 2025. This was done in retaliation of my money not being paid in a timely manner. They did this so they wont have to pay me by January 1 2026. Ive left reviews sharing my horrific experience on here I was ignored. Told I couldnt share exactly how I was feeling then and how I feel now. Now Im being sent emails to log back in mind yall I now cant log in to my account at all.This company dragged their feet in paying me paying some people yet ignoring me. I am beyond mad. they are gaslighting me and have kept what I rightfully won changed the redemption process from 30 business to 90 BUSINESS DAYS and Im supposed to just by quietly? ABSOLUTELY NOT! In short Ive sent all of this to the BBB FTC and IC3.....TWICE! this company has ignored that as well. i got receipts. Since they think Im going to give up Absolutely not!
