• Even if you have more than $10 balance they dont let you withdraw your money. If you wanna withdraw some amount of money you must deposit 5x value of it first.

• its ridiculous joke of a site if you intend to use any of their enticing bonuses they are only after you meet the playthrough you dont get any of the bonus up front so its false advertising to start with secondly even if you do meet the playthrough which Ive done twice they told me that I didnt indicate the bonus before I signed up even though it was a three-part bonus from my initial deposit through my third deposit and on my second deposit I met the playthrough assuming it wouldnt come in until after I made my third deposit then I was told that I canceled it why would I do that and then I was told oh no you have to select it each time before each deposit well I need a customer service to help me with their stupid deposit system because it wasnt accepting a direct deposit from my crypto wallet so I had to buy through their hokie sketchy system and so I was getting assistance from one of their customer service bros who then sign me through and said okay youre all set and I said okay the deposits active then right oh no no no you were supposed to set that up before Im like you were the one helping me why would I even be here if not for this because everything else is been a pain and then he said oh well we cant do anything after the fact like you did everything before the fact and he said well theres nothing I can do about it and basically said he was cutting off the conversation I wish I could have saved that I just didnt cuz I was so furious but yeah if you intend to use any bonuses dont use them their games are somewhat fair but they usually they just get people sucked in by offering the free crypto which is garbage and allows you a couple of games on there branded games so if you intend to gamble any money would highly suggest doing it elsewhere and I havent even tried to make the withdrawal yet with these guys when Im not going to because Im done with them but I can only imagine how difficult that process would be
