- No live support. Email validation for verification does not work. Locked my account when I tried to log in on laptop instead of mobile using the same password as mobile. After 3 attempts they locked my account.....They dont accept screenshots of banking deposits even though its a full page with all the info. Thats unheard of

- The only reason this online casino gets 2 stars is because the platform is laid out really well and easy to navigate. The sports betting process was great and the casino has some of my favourite slots. The problem however is that I have not been able to withdraw my winnings. Not being able to withdraw is worth zero stars but because the site is so nice I thought I should give them something. This is my experience:I joined wagered $x amount and received a bonus. But...I could not perform a withdrawal. First I had to validate my email address. So I click on the validate email button to receive a code to my email. It never came.
