After making a deposit using another method I was then told that this one also didn’t qualify for withdrawals.Support communication is inconsistent and exhausting. The email team says one thing while live chat says something else entirely. After going in circles uploading document after document and waiting for weeks they eventually just stop replying. You’re left hanging with no solution no money and no proper explanation.Their typical response is something like:“Dear *** thank you for contacting us. We hope this email is helpful and friendly. Dear *** it seems that none of your withdrawal methods are available. Please try again…”— and then it goes nowhere.My summary after nearly two years:It started out okay but after the first few months withdrawing any meaningful amount of money became nearly impossible. If you’re unlucky enough to win something like €2500 prepare for a drawn-out process that feels like imprisonment. The mental toll constant delays contradictory communication and repeated document requests make the whole experience feel like psychological harassment.Avoid this casino. You’ll be doing yourself a huge favor.
